The breakfast had a decent selection, alright.
The air conditioning did not work during my first night, and supposedly the entire floor was affected. I find it hard to believe the problem started just that evening. a staff member entered my room to fix something in the bathroom without informing me beforehand. I had already checked in and left my belongings before returning to discover someone inside.

The air conditioning barely worked. The room felt stuffy. the noise from the street was awful. I could hear traffic all night long. the breakfast selection seemed limited, and it wasn't replenished quickly.

The staff were great. They surprised my friend with a bottle of bubbles, delicious cream and chocolate cake. a thoughtful note for her birthday. Ismeal and Diogo at reception and Paulo by the pool were very helpful and charismatic. The rooms are clean and well-decorated. They feel upper class for the reasonable price.

The hotel is next to a metro station and a bus stop. Transport is very convenient. A large park and many food and drink options are very close. I found this to be useful.

The location was acceptable. It was close to public transport.
The air conditioning did not work properly . the fan blew too much or too little, i couldn't get it right. also, the duvet cover did not look clean. It seemed like they didn't change it.

The reception staff and concierge offered excellent service (ismael was especially helpful). they welcomed me warmly and helped me with parking. the location is great. It is near the metro. breakfast was good, it had many choices. the room was very quiet and clean.
i found that the air conditioning did not function well during my first night. it affected the entire floor. i suspect this issue started before my arrival.
